1. Can I Change my plan after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
2. Is my data private on the free plan?
Yes. All conversations are private and we do not use your data to train our AI models, regardless of which plan you are on.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
4. Do you offer student or non-profit pricing?
Yes, we offer a 50% discount for eligible students, educators, and registered non-profit organizations. Please contact support with your documentation.
5. What happens when I hit the free plan conversation limit?
When you reach the monthly conversation limit on the Start plan, you can still view your past conversations but will need to upgrade to continue generating new responses until the limit resets.
6. Does the API access in Pro and Scale require separate billing?
Both Pro and Scale plans include a base allocation of API calls per month. Additional calls beyond your plan's included volume are billed separately at the end of the month based on usage.
