Privacy Policy
Introduction
Your Trust is Our Architecture
At Qyuro, we are building more than just a search engine or a chatbot; we are building a thinking partner. We understand that inviting an Artificial Intelligence into your daily life—to answer your questions, refine your work, and even listen to your mood, requires a profound level of trust. We believe that privacy is not a "setting" to be toggled; it is the fundamental architecture of our system. When you use Qyuro, you are trusting us with your curiosity, your creativity, and sometimes, your vulnerabilities. This Privacy Policy is our open manifesto on how we treat that trust. Our philosophy is simple: You own your intent. We protect the interaction. This document details exactly what information we collect, why we need it to power features like Real-Time Grounding and Qyuro.city, and strictly how we ensure it never leaves our secure ecosystem without your consent. We have written this in plain, human language because transparency shouldn't require a law degree to understand.
Information
What you provide
To provide you with an AI that doesn't guess but actually understands context, we need to process certain types of data. We categorize this information into three clear distinct buckets. This is data you actively give to Qyuro to make the service work. Account Information: When you sign up, we collect basic details such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign up via a third-party (like Google or Apple), we receive your public profile information as authorized by you. User Content (Inputs): This includes the text queries, prompts, and follow-up questions you ask Qyuro. Because Qyuro is multimodal, this also includes: Audio Data: Voice inputs when you speak to Qyuro. Visual Data: Images or documents you upload for analysis or for use with features like AI Reframe. Wellness & Esoteric Inputs: Qyuro offers unique lifestyle features. If you choose to use the Wellness Check-in or Palm Reading features, we process the specific text or image data you provide (e.g., a description of symptoms or a photo of your hand). Note: This data is treated with higher sensitivity and is processed solely to generate the immediate response.
What we collect
When you navigate Qyuro.city or chat with the interface, we collect technical data to ensure the site runs smoothly. Device & Log Data: We collect your IP address, browser type (e.g., Chrome, Safari), and operating system. This helps us optimize the "Real-Time Grounding" engine to ensure it formats answers correctly for your specific screen. Usage Data: We track how you interact with features—which filters you use in Reframe, or which topics you explore in Qyuro.city. This is not about spying on you; it is about understanding which features are valuable so we can build a better product. Cookies and Tracking Technologies We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences (like "Dark Mode" or language settings). We do not use third-party tracking cookies to sell your behavior profile to advertisers.
What we use
We do not hoard data. We use it strictly to deliver the "Zero Hallucination" promise and to personalize your experience. Service Delivery & Contextual Memory The core of Qyuro is Conversational Context. To allow you to ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself, we temporarily store the thread of your conversation. This allows the AI to "remember" what you said 5 minutes ago. For Real-Time Grounding: When you ask a current events question, we use your query to fetch live data from the web. For Emotional Calibration: We analyze your text tone to adjust Qyuro’s personality (e.g., shifting from professional to empathetic). Improving Our Models Like all major AI companies, we strive to make our models smarter. We may use de-identified, aggregated interactions to train our systems to understand human nuance better. Important: We never use data from the "Wellness Check-in" or "Palm Reading" features for general model training. That data is processed transiently and isolated. Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of having your content used for model improvement in your Account Settings. Personalization (Qyuro.city) To make Qyuro.city a relevant discovery engine, we use your past topics of interest to suggest new articles or news. This processing happens locally on your profile logic and is not shared with the news publishers.
How we share
This section is short because we rarely share your data. We do not sell your personal data. You are our customer, not our product. Service Providers We work with trusted third-party vendors to help keep Qyuro running (e.g., cloud hosting providers like AWS or Azure, and payment processors like Stripe). These vendors are legally bound to protect your data and can only use it to provide services to Qyuro, not for their own purposes. Legal Obligations We may disclose information if required by law, such as a subpoena or court order. However, our policy is to challenge vague or overbroad requests to protect user privacy whenever possible. Business Transfers If Qyuro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as a business asset. In such an event, we will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Data
Retention & Deletion
We believe that data should not live forever unless you want it to. User Controls: You can view your chat history in your dashboard. You have the "Right to Forget", meaning you can delete specific conversations or your entire account at any time. Deletion Process: When you delete a conversation, it is removed from your visible history immediately. It is then permanently purged from our backend servers within 30 days, ensuring it is completely wiped from our backup systems. Transient Processing: For sensitive features like Palm Reading, the image is analyzed to generate the insight and is then discarded; it is not stored in your long-term gallery unless you explicitly save the result.
Data
Security
We employ enterprise-grade security to protect the information you entrust to us. Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (when it moves from your phone to our servers) using TLS 1.2+ and at rest (when it sits on our servers) using AES-256 encryption. Access Controls: Within our company, data access is restricted. Only engineers who absolutely need to access the database to fix a bug or improve the system are granted permission, and this access is logged and audited. Vulnerability Testing: We regularly perform stress tests and security audits on our architecture to ensure there are no leaks in the "Zero Hallucinations" engine.
special note
AI & Accuracy
While Qyuro is designed to minimize hallucinations and provide cited facts, it is an automated system. Wellness Disclaimer: Data processed via our Wellness features is for informational purposes only. Qyuro is not a doctor. Conversations about symptoms are processed by an LLM (Large Language Model) and should not be treated as a medical diagnosis. We urge users not to input highly sensitive health records (like patient IDs) into the chat. External Links: Qyuro provides citations and links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. Once you click a citation link, you are leaving the Qyuro ecosystem.
Your
Rights & Choices
Regardless of where you live, we strive to offer the same high standard of privacy controls to all users. Access: You can request a copy of all the personal data we hold about you. Correction: If your account details are wrong, you can update them in settings. Restriction: You can ask us to stop using your data for model training while keeping your account active. Portability: You can download your chat history and data in a machine, readable format if you wish to move to another platform. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact our Privacy Team at privacy@qyuro.com. We do not charge for these requests.
Children’s Privacy
Qyuro is a powerful tool designed for general audiences and professionals. It is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or higher, depending on your country's digital age of consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a minor has created an account without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete the account and all associated data.
This Policy
Policy Changes
Technology moves fast, and Qyuro will evolve. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our features (like new multimodal capabilities) or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will notify you prominently, either via an email or a notification within the Qyuro dashboard, before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
